Fit notes

Buying FAQ

Common questions

How can I check authenticity before buying?⌄

Marshall's own authenticity guidance recommends verifying the serial number and packaging markings, so ask the seller for both. That is a category-level caution — this listing contains no independent claims either way.

Is this speaker actually waterproof?⌄

The catalog lists IPX7, which corresponds to brief immersion. No independent claim tests the sealing on this unit.

How long does the battery last per charge?⌄

The listing states a 4,000–6,000 mAh capacity but no playtime figure, so runtime is unknown from the catalog. Reviews citing roughly 20 hours refer to other, larger Marshall models and do not apply here.

How large and heavy is it?⌄

The listing shows 55 for both dimensions and net weight without units, so the physical scale cannot be confirmed from the page. Ask the seller for measurements and weight in grams.

What is the payment-announcement broadcast function?⌄

It is listed as an extra function alongside card playback and lighting, with no further detail in the catalog. Ask the seller how it works on this model.

Is the sound quality good?⌄

Marshall's portable line draws reviewer praise for signature sound and amp-inspired design, but that coverage is category-level and not a test of this item. No independent claims address this listing's audio.

Evidence

Marshall portable speakers can be heavy and bulky (some models around 2.5 kg / 5.5 lb), which reviewers note limits true grab-and-go portability.

Counterfeit Marshall products are common, so buyers should verify authenticity (serial number, packaging markings) before trusting a cheap listing.

Source

other · mixed · 45% confidence

In deep-dive reviews, some large Marshall models (e.g., Kilburn II) are criticized for having only a small battery giving roughly 20 hours of playtime and few standout detail features despite the premium price.

quality · pro · 50% confidence

Marshall's portable speaker line is widely praised by reviewers for its signature sound performance and distinctive guitar-amp-inspired design.
