How to contact us

General inquiries may be sent through support@fashion-reps.net. Please use a clear subject line and include the relevant page URL when your message concerns a product, article, author, or policy.

Intellectual property complaints, rights notices, and formal content-removal requests should be sent to support@fashion-reps.net.

Editorial feedback and corrections

For factual corrections, identify the exact statement or data point, explain the proposed correction, and provide a reliable source or other supporting evidence whenever possible. If the page carries a byline, include the author’s name so the request can be reviewed in the context of that editor’s assigned category.

Requests are assessed against identifiable sources, dated evidence, first-hand observations, and the information available for the relevant page. Submission does not automatically result in a change; content is updated when the available evidence provides a reasonable and verifiable basis.

Product evidence

You may submit relevant listing specifications, dated QC images, documented measurements, material information, or verifiable differences between a listing and the item received. Identify the product or page and explain the origin, date, and relevance of the material.

Submitted evidence may be considered alongside our existing sources and, where applicable, observations from products independently purchased and examined by our editors. Submission does not guarantee publication, endorsement, or a change to a recommendation.

Business and partnership inquiries

Include the company or organization name, website, proposed collaboration, relevant commercial terms, and the name and role of the responsible contact person. Business relationships are reviewed separately from editorial decisions and do not guarantee inclusion, favorable coverage, or a recommendation.

Intellectual property and rights concerns

Send documented complaints to support@fashion-reps.net. Include the exact content URL, identify the protected work or right involved, explain your relationship to the rights holder and authority to act, and describe the requested resolution. Additional information may be requested when necessary to understand or verify a claim.

Privacy and service boundaries

For privacy questions, provide only the information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant account, page, or interaction. Do not send passwords, payment information, authentication codes, complete government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Fashionreps does not process purchases, payments, warehousing, returns, customs matters, or international shipping. Questions about an order or transaction should be directed to the responsible shopping agent, marketplace, seller, payment provider, warehouse operator, or carrier.
