Vigorbuy is a Chinese shopping agent operated by Global Vitality E-Commerce Co., Limited (Hong Kong) that helps overseas shoppers buy from Taobao, 1688, Weidian and Xianyu. You paste a product link, Vigorbuy purchases it into its China warehouse, and consolidates your items into one international parcel — so a single Vigorbuy spreadsheet routes Weidian, Taobao and 1688 links into one checkout. It also runs VigorMall, a curated in-house storefront. Vigorbuy charges no separate service fee: your total is the item price (including domestic shipping to its warehouse) plus international shipping and any destination customs. Its margin comes from the exchange rate — the displayed CNY→USD rate runs about 11% over mid-market (a ¥166 item shows as about $27.2 when the mid-market value is closer to $24.5), so weigh the all-in total. Standard quality control includes 3 free photos per item, with custom HD 'fine photography' shots at ¥1 each (up to 20). Purchased items get 90 days of free storage from the stocked date; there is no paid extension, so items left past 90 days without a shipping order are treated as abandoned. International shipping covers UniUni, USPS, FedEx and DHL lines — a 1 kg parcel to the United States starts around ¥305 (about $45, 8–15 days) on the cheapest UniUni line. For EU and UK buyers, Vigorbuy provides IOSS VAT handling on many routes (declared value under $135 on most lines, under $150 on DHL). Payment is by international card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — through a top-up wallet.

To ensure your package reaches its final destination smoothly, we recommend that you strictly adhere to the scope of eligible items. Prohibited Items Guide Due to differences in customs policies across countries, certain countries or regions are more sensitive to specific items, and these items are at a slightly higher risk of being fined or confiscated upon entry through local customs. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Meat: Pre-cooked foods Electronics: Cell phones (including batteries), magnetic components, power banks Clothing, other liquids, powders, compressed gases, gold and silver jewelry, diamonds, coins, antiques Digital products and accessories The quality of Taobao sellers varies widely. Based on the nature of the items, they can be categorized as follows: branded goods, powders, compressed gases, gold and silver jewelry, diamonds, coins, antiques, digital products, and accessories. Since we are unable to provide professional authentication for specialized digital products, we recommend that you exercise caution and purchase from reputable sellers, such as major online retailers like JD.com and Yixun. How are purchasing services priced? Total cost of purchasing services = Product price + International shipping fees + Import duties Product price = Product price + Domestic shipping fees (from the seller to Vigorbuy’s third-party partner warehouse) International shipping fees and import duties: Calculated based on weight, shipping method, and destination
Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight On some routes, packages are categorized by actual weight and volumetric weight, and the shipping fee is based on whichever is greater. What is actual weight? This refers to the weight of the item itself, plus the weight of the packaging materials used. What is volumetric weight? Volumetric weight is a method used in the shipping industry to calculate the weight of lightweight items. Specifically, when a package is large in volume but has a low actual weight, the shipping fee is calculated based on volumetric weight. How is volumetric weight calculated? Volumetric weight (kg) = Package length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) / 5,000 (or 6,000, 7,000, or 8,000, depending on the third-party logistics provider’s standards). Will my package be charged based on volumetric weight? If you want to know whether your package will be charged based on volumetric weight before submitting it, please check the shipping cost estimate. (Note: The shipping cost estimate is for reference only; actual charges are subject to the packaging at the third-party partner warehouse.)
What is the recommended quantity limit for small amounts of liquids, medications, and other items when shipping them together with other products? We recommend that the weight of liquids and medications not exceed 10% of the total weight of all items in the package. Friendly Reminder: Medications are subject to customs restrictions; please exercise caution when shipping them.
Why Can’t All Items in a Warehouse Be Submitted for Shipping at Once? 1. If shipping restrictions are set for certain items in a “Third-Party Partner Warehouse,” you will be restricted from selecting all items to submit as a single package; 2. If an item is marked as “Separate Packaging,” it cannot be submitted for shipping together with other items. Vigorbuy recommends that you select an appropriate shipping route based on the item’s shipping restrictions.
