CSSBuy is most useful when you treat purchasing and international shipping as separate decisions. The first payment covers the item and China domestic delivery; after the goods arrive, you can review QC photos, consolidate parcels, choose a route, and pay international freight calculated from the packed parcel’s actual weight and volume. This lets Spreadsheet users check each cost at the relevant stage rather than committing to shipping before warehouse receipt. CSSBuy lists 90 days of free storage for regular goods and 30 days for sensitive goods. Its current order flow lists 3–5 free QC photos. When a source link needs manual handling or cannot be parsed, the Expert Buy option can be used with clear product details and notes. A 2025 Reddit haul report described two CSSBuy shipments arriving in 11 and 17 days and praised the packaging and support. It is one user’s experience, not a delivery, customs, or service guarantee.
Short answer
CSSBuy suits Spreadsheet users who want to separate product purchasing from international dispatch: pay for the item and domestic shipping first, review warehouse QC, then choose a route and pay international freight based on the final packed parcel.

CSSBuy is a Chinese shopping-agent service that supports purchase assistance, warehouse receipt, QC information, parcel consolidation and international dispatch. Its official footer identifies ROYA MIDEAST LTD (UK company number 16048743) as the listed company. The defining part of its workflow is that purchasing and international shipping are handled separately. You first pay for the item and China domestic delivery. Once the goods reach the warehouse, you can review QC photos, consolidate parcels and select a route; international freight is then assessed from the final packed parcel’s actual weight and volume. For storage, CSSBuy currently lists 90 free days for regular goods and 30 free days for sensitive goods. Its order flow lists 3–5 free QC photos. A 2025 Reddit haul post reported responsive support and well-packed shipments, but that is one customer’s experience rather than a guarantee.
What works well
CSSBuy can assist with purchases from Chinese marketplaces, receive goods at its warehouse, provide QC information, consolidate parcels and arrange international dispatch. Verify the original source link, product options and seller details before placing an order.
The first payment covers the item and China domestic delivery. International freight is not final until your items have arrived, been consolidated and packed, so you can review the warehouse stage before choosing how to ship.
Product price + China domestic delivery + service fee 6.30 + international shipping. International shipping depends on the packed parcel, selected route, destination, weight and volume.
After QC, choose the items to keep, create a parcel and compare available routes for your destination. The final international charge is based on the packed parcel rather than an estimate made before warehouse receipt.
Use the Spreadsheet to reach the original item page, then verify the seller, selected colour or version, size, price and any purchase restrictions. If a link needs manual handling, use CSSBuy’s Expert Buy option and include clear notes. QC photos help confirm visible order details, but they are not an authenticity guarantee.
Use the CSSBuy Spreadsheet to reach the original product page, not as a substitute for checking it. Confirm the seller, exact colour or version, size, price and purchase conditions before you create an order. CSSBuy’s workflow is best handled in two stages: purchase first, then review warehouse QC and decide on international shipping after packing.
Use a trustworthy Spreadsheet or curated guide as a starting point, then open every original product link. Confirm the seller, selected options, price and restrictions on the marketplace page before ordering.
QC photos are useful for checking visible order details such as style, quantity, colour, size, model and obvious damage. They do not prove authenticity, material quality, seller reliability or long-term durability.
The initial payment covers the item and China domestic delivery. After warehouse receipt and packing, international shipping is calculated for the final parcel. The facts card shows the current 6.30 service-fee figure and 6.68 exchange rate; shipping remains destination- and parcel-specific.
Choose a route after QC and consolidation, when the packed parcel can be assessed. Compare route restrictions, timing and the insurance terms available for that shipment. Neither insurance nor route availability should be assumed from another user’s parcel.
Ask for help as soon as a warehouse issue is visible and provide the order details and QC context. Return eligibility depends on the seller, item condition and time limit. CSSBuy currently lists 90 free days for regular goods and 30 for sensitive goods, so do not wait until storage is nearly due to make a decision.
