Built around a link-first workflow, Boonbuy lets users bring listings from Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Tmall and JD into one purchasing, warehouse and international-shipping process. The platform pairs multi-channel payments with warehouse inspection, QC images, parcel consolidation, shipping estimates and 90 days of free storage. Its official fee page states a 0% purchasing-service fee; users should still compare payment processing, domestic delivery, optional services, international freight and customs before paying. A recent r/FashionReps haul report offers a useful real-world reference: the poster said a 7 kg parcel sent to Italy on YD-DHL-IT-1 arrived in about 14 days. They initially paid about €90 including insurance after applying a 40% coupon and later reported a €15 shipping refund. This is one user's experience, not a guarantee; delivery time and cost depend on the parcel, route, destination and current promotions.
Short answer
Boonbuy is strongest for shoppers who want a link-first China buying workflow with a 0% purchasing-service fee, warehouse QC photos, 90-day free storage and route comparison before international dispatch.

Boonbuy is a reverse cross-border shopping agent that turns product links from Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Tmall and JD into one managed workflow: purchasing, warehouse receipt, QC review, consolidation and international dispatch. Its official footer identifies Hong Kong Heliang Technology Limited and BONNEVISION SARL. The platform states that its purchasing-service fee is 0%, provides 90 days of free storage and lets users compare routes before submitting a parcel. That combination makes Boonbuy especially useful when a maintained spreadsheet is used to discover listings, while the original marketplace page and warehouse evidence remain the basis for the final buying decision.
What works well
What to check
Start with a maintained Boonbuy Spreadsheet that points to the original marketplace listing. Compare the current price, available variants, seller information and recent QC evidence instead of relying on the spreadsheet title alone. A spreadsheet is a discovery shortcut; it is not a guarantee that the seller, size or item condition is unchanged.
Paste the original Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Tmall or JD link into Boonbuy and confirm the parsed CNY price, color, size and Chinese domestic shipping. Add specific order notes before payment. Boonbuy purchases the selected variant and sends it to the warehouse, keeping the discovery step separate from the purchasing record.
When the domestic parcel arrives, review the standard QC images, recorded weight, labels, accessories and visible condition against the source listing. Request measurement evidence when sizing matters. If the item is wrong or visibly defective, act while the seller's return window may still be open; Boonbuy's seller-supported return request window is five days after warehouse receipt.
Use the 90-day free-storage period to consolidate purchases, then estimate shipping with the destination, weight and dimensions of the finished parcel. Compare actual and volumetric weight, restricted-item rules, tax handling, tracking and available insurance before choosing a line. Apply an eligible coupon to the final quote, keep the parcel record, and remember that published transit times are estimates rather than guarantees.
A Boonbuy Spreadsheet is a maintained catalogue of product links, usually grouped by category and sometimes supported by QC references, seller notes or variant information. It is not Boonbuy's checkout and it does not replace the original listing. Use it to discover candidates, open the source marketplace page, compare recent evidence and then place the verified link into Boonbuy. The safest workflow is spreadsheet discovery, source-page verification, Boonbuy order review, warehouse QC and only then international parcel submission.
Use a maintained spreadsheet that identifies original marketplace links and is updated when listings disappear. Treat it as a discovery and QC-research tool, not proof that a seller or item is reliable. Recheck the source listing, current price, variants and recent QC evidence inside Boonbuy before ordering.
Compare the warehouse images with the original listing for color, shape, labels, visible damage and included accessories. Use known dimensions or request measurement evidence when sizing matters. QC can reveal visible discrepancies, but Boonbuy states that it cannot authenticate third-party goods.
Build the parcel first, then compare routes for destination support, restricted-item rules, actual or volumetric weight, tax handling, tracking and available insurance. Boonbuy publishes estimated transit ranges, not guarantees. Keep the selected route's terms and contact support within seven days if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged.
Boonbuy states a 0% purchasing-service fee, but costs may still include the item, Chinese domestic shipping, an 8.67% payment-processing fee observed in our live checkout, optional services, international freight and route-dependent customs or declaration charges. Review the final payable amount instead of judging the order by the item price alone.
Boonbuy provides 90 days of free storage and allows up to 120 days. From day 91, overdue storage is charged daily under the official policy. For eligible seller-supported returns, submit the request within five days of warehouse receipt; for account, shipping or refund issues, contact [email protected] and keep order, QC and tracking evidence.
